LIBELTEX dominates the industries in 65 countries worldwide.Our Products1. AFI Pads & RollsOur Synthetic Pads & Rolls are made from high performance unbreakable fibers. The Glass Fibers Pads & Rolls are odorless, non-flammable glass fibers, which are sprayed with a toxically harmless dust trapping adhesive. 2. Pre–Filters –G2, G3 & G4 The AFI Pre-Filters are made from multi layers of woven meshes which are finally housed in a galvanized Steel / Aluminum frame. 3. Microvee/Fine Filters –F5 Made from fine quality synthetic filter media from Lebeltex and supported with wire mesh on the air leaving side. The deep pleated media is finally enclosed in a galvanized steel/aluminum frame. 4. AFI Pocket/Bag Filters-G3-F9 AFI Pocket filters consist of a series of synthetic media pockets built up in non-woven layers to ensure mechanical “Filter Cake” build up and eliminate fiber shedding. The media is a combination of needles fitted and thermally bonded synthetic micro fibers that are extremely durable and totally resistant to damage caused by turbulent air or mishandling. 5. 1-Micron Semi Hepa Filters These are special filters for the rotating machinery industry i.e. intake air for centrifugal compressor, gas turbines and engines where serve surging or pulsation occurs. They are available in 65% & 95 % efficiencies. 6. AFI Hepa Filters–H13-99.97% Down To 0.3 Micron The high efficiency ultra fine glass fiber media in finely folded between aluminum separators. The separators have hammed edges to avoid any media puncher. All the sides are potted with special adhesive to ensure zero leakage. 7. AFI Mini Pleat Hepa Thanks to the large filtering surface, poli-dihedral filters have longer clogging time and higher flow rate than standard deep folded filters. 8. Clean Room Validation Air Filter Industries is well equipped with the latest, sophisticated and imported clean room validation instruments and related products like: *DOP Aerosol Generator (Thermal) *DOP Particle Detector *Velometer *Laser Particle Counter Spray Paint Booth FiltersCeiling Filter F5The Libeltex NF 600 filter media is a high quality diffusion filter media, made from 100% branded polyester fiber and progressively structured with a reinforced backing. It is specially designed to increase air quality levels above and beyond spray booth, according to the manufacturers recommendation. It helps in removing contamination and providing consistent airflow across the painting surface, thereby eliminating redo. Floor Filter G4 The Libeltex NPS-50 is paint over spray removal media, protecting equipment and environment from paint contamination. The monofilament glass fiber mat with progressive structure and laminate backing on air leaving side makes the product rigid and stable. It has a high paint holding capacity with minimum airflow resistance. High Temp Oven Filters HT-300 is a high efficiency, dry, replaceable and filter cartridge. This special micro glass fiber made filter that can resist the temperature up to 300° C.
